Here you will find important shop policies, including information for returns and shipping. If you still have a question, please fill out the contact form or send an email to hello@ollyandhazel.com.

Returns:

• Please contact me as soon as possible if you have any issues with your order. 
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Digital products, including crochet patterns, are not eligible for refunds/returns/exchanges.

Shipping:

• Orders are processed as quickly as possible, keeping in mind that each item is crocheted by hand and typically made to order.
• Ready-to-ship items are generally shipped out within 3-4 days. Custom orders and made-to-order items may take up to 1 week (please allow 2 weeks to receive your custom order).
• Each order has a flat shipping fee of $5 and the estimated shipping time is 3-7 business days after processing. Orders over $25 ship free!
• Shipping only available in the US. Additional shipping options may be added in the future.
